Dear Parents and Community Members,

To assess Springwater Environmental Sciences School, the Oregon Department of Education issues this annual report card.

We continue to be proud of the learning students demonstrate on the State tests, we are mindful that a full measure of quality of a student’s education equally includes the connections and rich experiences s/he encounters each and every school day.  The originality, scholarship and joy students share at Springwater impresses us daily.  We are uncompromisingly committed to each student’s individual growth in a compassionate school community, holding high expectations for outstanding achievement and personal character.

In the 2013-14 school  year we chose to replace our trimester student report card with a progress monitoring system, student-led conferences and implemented a Character's of Excellence program.  We offered a music class and revived our elective classes for each child.

We are honored that our families choose a Springwater education for each of their precious children.

Thank you,
Principal Dawn Bolotow
