In the 2013-2014 school year, J. Clyde Hopkins Elementary received an Overall State Rating of Level 4, based upon a scale from 1-5.

 

Key Academic Highlights:

75.8% of our students met/exceeded state standards for reading.

75.8% of our students met/exceeded state standards for math.

 

While we are proud of our students’ success, we continue to look for ways to improve.  We will continue to dedicate significant resources to improving our reading and math achievement and to better aligning the curriculum with the Common Core State Standards (CCSS).  We remain committed to implementing best teaching practices for enriched student learning, embedding mobile technology into the classroom learning experience, and providing a rigorous academic environment for all learners.  We look forward to partnering with you to help all students reach their full potential.
